Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Meguiar's products.

• Return window: you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original, unopened, sealed packaging.
• Opened products: for safety and hygiene reasons, opened car-care liquids and chemicals cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
• Defective or wrong items: if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
• Refunds: approved refunds are returned to your original online payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• How to start a return: email info@meguiarsegypt.com with your order number and we will arrange collection.
