Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Coverage: we deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
• Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery time: delivery typically takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the governorate.
• Shipping fees: delivery is charged by governorate and parcel weight, starting from EGP 110 for parcels up to 1 kg in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and the main cities. The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Delivery is free for orders of EGP 2,500 and above, to any governorate.
• Payment: pay online by card, Fawry or InstaPay, or choose Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery carries a flat EGP 50 handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm, and we call to confirm every Cash on Delivery order before it ships. A tracking update is shared once your order ships.
