Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Coverage: we deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
• Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery time: delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the governorate.
• Shipping fees: a flat delivery fee of EGP 118 applies. Delivery is free for orders of EGP 1,500 and above.
• Payment: all orders are paid online in advance. A tracking update is shared once your order ships.
